Where Have I been?! I have been working and watching anime!! lol thats right, I got these in the mail a couple of days ago, and I decided to take a break from the internet world for a while, be lazy, relax and watch my new pretty boxsets!
My next posts may be reviews comparing fruits basket and angelic layer with the manga's and chobits manga will probably be next on the list to read now that I've finally finished watching the anime ^_^
But anyway! I'm back now, and I see I have a ton to catch up on in the blogging world!
Have any of you seen the above series!? what do you think of them?

i just finished watching azumanga daioh as well, it is a good series that everyone has to watch at least once
Fruit Basket was alright but I didn't like the ending.
Azumanga Daioh is damm hilarious and I love Chiyo to bits.
I wasn't into angelic layer so I gave it a miss.

Ive watched Chobuts and didnt like it too much.There happens hardly anything and the ending is sooo cheesy.I heard that the manga is supposed to be better.
I never really watched Aszumanga because the Artwork somehow turned me off.Alot of people recommended it to me tough.Maybe ill give it a try
Haaaauuuu Angelic Layer!!! Is that a new boxset? I have volumes 1-3 and all the manga. Want to get the rest of the anime...
The first ep of Azumanga didnt particularly wow me, and apparantly the Furuba anime is way different from the manga...which is a tad offputting.. I've watched all of Chobits though, again, different... but Chobits is pure awesome anyways.
And thankies for the help..... I have to go make a new account now... *sigh* ah well. Ty though! Means I'll soon be able to play!! :woot:

@Optic- Fruits baskets ending was a bit meh if you ask me, but to me its like they left an opening for a second season that never happened, and they only got to about half way through the manga! lol, i was disapointed but still enjoyed watching the anime ^_^
@blowfish- if you liked lucky stay you will most likely like Azumanga, its hilarious and well worth a try, just have to keep watching ^_^
@meimi- Its an Australian Angelic Layer Boxset lol, so it will look different than the other counties ones ^_^ the anime is great!! i've read the manga also, and it is the only anime that i would say is better than the manga!
Fruits Basket follows the manga quite well but only until halfway through, then they kind of leave an opening for a second season but just enough if they were going to make one :( which they didnt!! which made me sad.
Azumanga is hilarious, you just have to keep watching! and chobits is indeed pure win! lol.

after reading the manga, i've always wanted to see the azumanga anime, but never got around to it -_- same with chobits... i read that when my japanese wasn't so good so i'm not sure i understood (well, being so long ago, at this point, remember) so well. curious to see whacha thought of the anime.

Oh that's some nice DVDs you have there. I loved the Azumanga Daioh manga! Read it when I was in uni :3.
Chobits is great but didn't watch the two others :(
